2. AZDOME Mobile App Setup & Connection

For Wi-Fi-enabled AZDOME dash cams, you can manage settings, live-stream video, and access digital guides via the mobile application:

  1. Download the AZDOME App or CarKeeeper / CarAssist App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the dash cam's built-in Wi-Fi network (default SSID and password can be found in your physical manual or on-screen).

  3. Open the app to view real-time footage and manage device settings. (Note: If live view fails to load, temporarily disable cellular data for the app in your phone settings).

3. Key Operating Specifications

Operation Requirement & Recommended Setting

Power Supply AZDOME cameras utilize a built-in supercapacitor (designed only to save system time) and must remain connected to continuous power via the provided 12V car charger while driving.
24H Parking Surveillance To use 24-hour parking monitoring, collision detection, or time-lapse recording, you must install an official AZDOME 3-wire hardwire kit directly to your vehicle's fuse panel.
