Standard dash cam cables only work when your engine is running. The AZDOME JYX05 3-Lead Hardwire Kit connects your camera directly to the fuse box, providing continuous power even after you park. This allows your dash cam to utilize its 24-Hour Parking Monitor feature, capturing hit-and-runs or vandalism while you are away from your vehicle.
Smart Battery Guard Technology
Never worry about a dead battery. The JYX05 is engineered with an intelligent Low Voltage Protection system. It constantly monitors your car’s battery levels and will automatically cut power to the dash cam if the voltage drops too low, ensuring you always have enough power to start your engine.

4. Installation & Compatibility
The JYX05 includes 4 types of Fuse Taps to ensure a match for almost any vehicle: Micro2, Mini, LP-Mini, and ATO.
Wire Configuration:

RED (BAT+): Connects to a constant fuse (Always on).

YELLOW (ACC): Connects to an ignition-switched fuse (On only when car is running).

BLACK (GND): Connects to a metal ground bolt.
⚠️ Compatibility Note: While universal, this kit is NOT compatible with specific Ford truck models (F150/F350 2021+, Edge 2011, Explorer 2013). Please check your owner's manual for specific fuse types.
5. Why You Need This Kit
If you own an AZDOME M300S, M550, or PG17, your camera relies on a Super Capacitor for heat safety, which contains no internal battery. To use Parking Mode, this hardwire kit is mandatory. It provides the 5V/2.5A stable current required for multi-channel recording while your car is off.
