1. Official Firmware Download Directories

.binfirmware files sorted by model series (1-Channel, 2-Channel, 3-Channel, and Mirror Dash Cams). -
Direct Customer Support Assistance:
If your specific camera model isn't listed, email LNDU technical support directly at
service@lingdu.uswith your device's exact model number, current firmware version, and Serial Number (SN) to request a custom recovery file.
2. OTA Firmware Updates via LNDU App
For Wi-Fi enabled models (such as the A14, D25, B25, E21, LD08, or AM100 series), the safest way to update is directly via Over-The-Air (OTA) flashing:

Download and open the LINGDU / LNDU App on your smartphone.

Connect your smartphone to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network.

Navigate to Device Settings $\rightarrow$ Firmware Version / Check for Updates.

If a new update is available, download the package to your phone and tap Update Now. Keep the dash cam powered on until the update finishes and reboots automatically.
3. Manual SD Card Flashing Instructions
⚠️ Important Caution: Interrupting power during a firmware flash or using firmware meant for a different model number can permanently corrupt (brick) your dash cam's circuit board. Always ensure your camera is connected to a stable 12V power source before initiating an update.

Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
