You can download official firmware updates, Over-The-Air (OTA) packages, and installation instructions for LNDU / Lingdu dash cams through the official support portals below.

1. Official Firmware Download Directories

  • AZDOME VIP / LNDU Firmware Portal:

    Visit the LNDU Firmware Download Hub to access official .bin firmware files sorted by model series (1-Channel, 2-Channel, 3-Channel, and Mirror Dash Cams).

  • Direct Customer Support Assistance:

    If your specific camera model isn't listed, email LNDU technical support directly at service@lingdu.us with your device's exact model number, current firmware version, and Serial Number (SN) to request a custom recovery file.

2. OTA Firmware Updates via LNDU App

For Wi-Fi enabled models (such as the A14, D25, B25, E21, LD08, or AM100 series), the safest way to update is directly via Over-The-Air (OTA) flashing:

  1. Download and open the LINGDU / LNDU App on your smartphone.

  2. Connect your smartphone to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network.

  3. Navigate to Device Settings $\rightarrow$ Firmware Version / Check for Updates.

  4. If a new update is available, download the package to your phone and tap Update Now. Keep the dash cam powered on until the update finishes and reboots automatically.

3. Manual SD Card Flashing Instructions

 

1.Format the MicroSD Card:

Insert your MicroSD card into the dash cam and perform a full format inside the system settings menu to erase all existing files.

2.Download and Extract the File:

Download the correct .bin firmware file for your specific model onto your computer. Do not rename or alter the .bin file extension.

3.Transfer to Root Directory:

Insert the formatted MicroSD card into your PC/Mac. Copy the .bin file directly into the root directory of the MicroSD card (do not place it inside any folders).

4.Flash the Dash Cam:

Safely eject the card, insert it into the powered-off dash cam, and connect the camera to continuous 12V power. The device will automatically recognize the file, flash the firmware (indicated by a flashing LED or blank screen for 30–60 seconds), and reboot.

5.Re-format Card Post-Update:

Once the dash cam boots back up, navigate to system settings and format the MicroSD card again to remove the .bin file, preventing the camera from re-flashing on every power cycle.

 

⚠️ Important Caution: Interrupting power during a firmware flash or using firmware meant for a different model number can permanently corrupt (brick) your dash cam's circuit board. Always ensure your camera is connected to a stable 12V power source before initiating an update.
