2. OTA Firmware Updates via ARPHA Vision App
For Wi-Fi-enabled ARPHA models, updating Over-The-Air (OTA) via the official app is the safest and easiest method:

Download and launch the ARPHA Vision app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Connect your smartphone directly to your ARPHA dash cam’s Wi-Fi network.

Open Device Settings $\rightarrow$ Firmware Version / Check for Updates.

If a new firmware build is available, download the update package and tap Update Now. Keep the camera connected to 12V power until the system reboots automatically.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
