Download Firmware for AZDOME Dash Cam

You can download official firmware updates, Over-The-Air (OTA) builds, and flashing guides for AZDOME dash cams through the official download channels below.

1. Official Download & Support Portals

  • AZDOME VIP Official Firmware Hub:

Visit the AZDOME VIP Firmware Directory to locate direct .bin firmware links for your specific model series:

    • M-Series: M01, M01 Pro, M200, M300, M300S, M301, M330, M560, M580

    • GS-Series: GS63H, GS63H Pro, GS63 Pro

    • PG Mirror Series: PG02, PG02S (Europe), PG17 4K, PG17 Pro, PG17 Max, PG18S, PG19X, AR18

  • Official AZDOME Global Support Hub:

Access manual firmware downloads and technical forums via the AZDOME Official Download Portal.

  • Direct Email Technical Support:

If your model has hardware batch variations (e.g., M301, M550 Pro, or regional builds), match the exact build number by emailing support at service@azdomevip.com or app@szdome.com with your current firmware version string.

2. OTA Firmware Updates via AZDOME App

For Wi-Fi-enabled models (such as the M300S, M580, GS63 Pro, PG17 4K, and M330), you can perform an Over-The-Air update using your smartphone:

  1. Download and launch the AZDOME App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. Connect your mobile device to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network.

  3. Open Camera Settings $\rightarrow$ System Info / Firmware Version.

  4. If an update is detected, tap Download & Upgrade. Ensure the camera remains plugged into continuous 12V power until the system reboots.

3. Manual MicroSD Card Flashing Instructions

1.Check Current Firmware Version:

Navigate to System Settings $\rightarrow$ Version on your dash cam and record your existing build number to ensure you download the matching firmware file.

2.Format MicroSD Card:

Format a Class 10/U3 MicroSD card directly inside the dash cam settings menu to clear all existing files.

3.Download and Copy .bin File:

Download the correct .bin firmware file (e.g., SigmastarUpgradeSD.bin or model-specific .bin) onto your computer. Copy it directly to the root directory of the MicroSD card (do not place it inside any subfolder or rename the file).

4.Flash the Device:

Insert the card into the powered-off dash cam and connect it to a continuous 12V power source. Turn the camera on (for select models, hold the Menu/Power button during boot). The indicator light will flash during installation, and the camera will automatically restart upon completion.

5.Format Memory Card Post-Update:

After rebooting, go back into System Settings and format the MicroSD card again. This deletes the firmware file and prevents the camera from entering a continuous upgrade loop on subsequent boot-ups.

⚠️ Critical Hardware Note: Installing firmware built for a different batch or model version (e.g., flashing M01 code onto an M01 Pro, or mixing PG02 and PG02S Europe builds) can cause screen striping or permanently brick the system processor. Always verify your current version string before manually flashing.
