Return Policy

AZDOME strives to deliver exceptional satisfaction to our customers. Should our products fail to meet your expectations or be defective, we invite you to follow our return and refund policies within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Policy

  • Unwanted Products

If you purchased a product directly from and it doesn't meet your satisfaction (not confirmed defective by AZDOME), you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns or exchanges for unwanted products will not be accepted.

  • Defective Products (Non-Artificially Damaged)

If you receive a defective product (not artificially damaged) within 30 days of delivery, you can return it to AZDOME for a full refund or replacement. Beyond 30 days but within the warranty period, replacement or repair is available, though a full refund is not. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Artificially Damaged Products

Refunds are not provided for artificially damaged products. However, for replacement or repair, you must return the product within 30 days of delivery, in new/unused condition with original tags and labels. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. After 30 days, no replacements or repairs will be offered.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number from AZDOME. We will provide you with instructions on how to properly package and return your product.


    2. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take 3-7 days to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

    Important Note: AZDOME thoroughly inspects all returned products to ensure they meet our inspection criteria. If the returned product does not meet these criteria ("Non-conforming Product"), it will be rejected, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it to you. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days.


    3. Missing Parts Policy

    If your order arrives with missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The specific policy depends on the shipping origin of your products. If your order was not delivered, arrived damaged, or incomplete due to external damages, please contact AZDOME customer support and keep all packaging material as it may be needed for shipping claims.
